Diana is qualified as an attorney in South Africa (2005), and a solicitor in England and Wales (2006). She remains on the role of non-practising solicitors of England and Wales under her maiden name, Chetwynd-Palmer.
Diana’s clients include ship-owners and operators, P and I clubs, brokers, and foreign lawyers. In the South African jurisdiction, Diana is experienced in ship arrests, cargo claims, and general admiralty matters. She also advises clients on charterparty and bill of lading disputes under English law, and regularly represents her clients in LMAA arbitrations.
